1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding fee payments and refunds at Shiksha Junior School, Chennai.

2. FEE STRUCTURE

• Admission Fee: One-time non-refundable fee
• Tuition Fee: Recurring fee for educational services
• Development Fee: Annual fee for infrastructure improvements

3. NO-REFUND POLICY

3.1 Non-Refundable Fees

• Educational materials already provided
• Tuition fees for periods where services have been rendered

3.2 Withdrawal and Discontinuation

In the event of student withdrawal:

• No refund shall be issued for fees already paid
• All outstanding fees must be cleared before documentation will be issued
• Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted 30 days prior to the last day
• The no-refund policy applies in all personal circumstances
